When it comes to customer service, Maria goes above and beyond....she absolutely goes out of her way to make your experience with Prestige easier and pleasurable. Her sweet,warm and friendly nature coupled with her sincerity makes you feel like she has your best interest at heart. That's a rarity these days. If you are purchasing a car from Prestige, I highly recommend you speak to Maria about your extended warranty options. She will give you easy to understand, accurate info to help you make your decision wisely.

I enjoy entering the beautiful dealership. I know that I can rely on Maria and her associates to either help me immediately or find out what needs to be done and get back to me. I think the dealership is lucky to have Maria, as I feel she is an asset to their dealership. Thanks Maria and Prestige for always being their for us.

I'm impressed Omar and Prestige BMW. I purchased a used Land Cruiser and had it shipped to Virginia without inspecting it personally. I had an issue with the car, and Prestige BMW took care of the problem immediately without delay or hassles. I think it says a lot about a person and a company that they don't blow off the customers should any issues arise after the sale. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by their class and integrity. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Tim helped me out when I was shopping a pre-owned BMW. He's friendly, polite, and accommodating. Although I didn't end up getting a car from Tim, I had a good experience working with him. I'd definitely consider him again when it comes time to shop for our next car.
