Thank you Prestige BMW for making the car-buying process a pleasure! I have always dreaded the dance that goes on when one buys/leases a car. There was none of that with Lori Asserson at Prestige. I am now on my 4th BMW and have been to Prestige before but I must say the service that I received from Lori Asserson was truly outstanding. From start to finish Lori handled everything for me like the pro that she is. Now I know why she is their #1 salesperson. Jack was extremely helpful and patient with me through out my leasing of a new BMW. He went far and beyond to answer all my questions and made me feel as though I can trust him and company. I had been building my dream truck in my head for a while now, and walking into Prestige BMW, Elvis made that dream a reality. He found me the perfect truck, and worked with me so that I was able to afford it. He kept me updated throughout the process and was friendly and knowledgable. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitly return to see Elvis in the future for any of my car needs.

I would highly recommend Max to anyone buying a car. I bought my used Nissan Rogue through Prestige BMW. Even though I wasn't buying a fancy BMW Max went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and did everything he could. He has followed up several times with me to ensure everything with the car is good. A great salesman’s and a gentleman.

I have never enjoyed the buying of a new car. I am not particularly a "car person" and have always dreaded the stress and time involved in the back and forth negotiation and game playing that had typically been my experience. I must say that this changed when I bought my first BMW from Prestige BMW and Lori Asserson. She made me realize that buying a car can be done in a professional, fair and stress-free manor.
