While BMW delivers the ultimate driving experience, Prestige BMW also delivers the ultimate customer experience. This is my 3rd purchase, the latest being a 2012 535I. Lori Asserson is the best car person I've ever worked with. I think I've done 10 deals with her. She knows the product inside out and has great subjective judgments about choices and options. I never have to haggle with her because I know she will treat me fairly. I will only deal with Lori.

We purchased our BMW X5 last year around christmas and thought Rich was extremely easy to work with. We had called around for pricing for the new car and the trade in. He was by far the best. I have been a regular at Prestige, having bought my cars there for the past 15 years and seeing no reason whatsoever to change. When I reported that a small trap-door on the front of the car was missing (probably stolen in a parking garage), Anthony ordered it, notified me of its arrival and installed it in a cinch when I drove up there. As usual, it was fast, friendly and flawless.

Lori is the best! This is my third BMW pruchase at Prestige and with Lori. She has made each buying experience a fun, easy and exciting experience. I was recommended to Lori Asserson by a friend. I leased my first BMW 3 years ago and recently leased my second one. Lori is just so friendly and knowledgeable and makes leasing "the ultimate driving machine" a piece of cake. I live in New York yet i'm willing to travel to New Jersey because of her. The whole staff is so helpful and genuine. Other dealerships could learn a great deal from Lori and the staff of Prestige Flo Porcelli

We were extremely impressed with the courtesy, efficiency, and the professionalism of each member of the sales team. All concerns and questions were addressed with patience and depth of knowledge.
