Despite a couple of stumbling blocks, Prestige came through in the end for us. Very little messing around or haggling on price. The staff was always polite and professional and a credit to the BMW line.
In my book Prestige is the # 1 Car Dealer and a First Class operation. This is our second vehicle I bought from Prestige. Frank is an amazing salesman with execellent customer service skills. I say this because ee treated me with respect and actively listened to my shopping concerns from the first moment I walked in to the dealership. This is the second BMW I have bought from Prestige. I recommend this dealer all the time as they always have great 3 yr old low mileage cars. This time was no different. I worked with Tom Kough and as a sales person myself I could not ask for any better. He was always responsive and knows these cars.
