I purchased a 2004 X3 7 years ago from Prestige and was pleased with my experience. Over the years, Prestige has continued to invest and improve upon every aspect of the experience of buying a car and being a BMW owner. I have owned and bought a lot of bunkers before, and recently bought a 2010 335i coupe from worldwide and wish I bought it at prestige.I service my car at prestige because of everything that happened with my car at worldwide and was told not to service it there anymore.my girlfriend was looking for a new car and my service experience with prestige is amazing so I took her there to get her new car and wS very happy got an amazing price and didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. Lori was professional, easy to work with and we are pleased with the whole process. We knew which car we wanted and we built it very quickly. Lori was able to locate it, give us a time frame, and the car came when she said it would. All in all, very easy.

First off I could not be any happier with my Prestige experience. My salesman Ruben was outstanding. He was a straight forward guy and i appreciate this trait in someone involved with sales. Everyone from sales to service to reception have outstanding professionalism. I would recommend this dealership to everyone that is looking for a bmw. This has been the easiest, friendliest car buying experience that I've had. Everything from vehicle inventory searching to finance application to auto preparation was simple, efficient, and seamless. Lori does an amazing job of being responsive and transparent with information-which makes closing a deal so easy-and more importantly, she listens. I've never driven away from a dealership feeling so satisfied with an experience.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lori Asserson over at Prestige BMW. This is my fifth BMW but it was my first time dealing with this dealership and my experience with Lori was great. I am probably her toughest client so far. Lori was able to do everything I asked. Besides being very knowledgeable, she is very courteous. Ruben was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful! We could not have asked for better service. We are both amazed at how much he helped us, as well as how helpful he was to us. My husband actually went there today to get something fixed, and he once again went out of his way to assist him. He is the BEST salesman we have ever had to deal with, he was not pushy! He was great!
