I found that the sales personnel were very helpful. Car was ready when promised and was clean and fully fueled. The sales process was not too painful.
When I arrived to the preowned lot, frank beltri made getting the best car for me so easy. I ended up leasing a 3 series coupe xdrive, and I couldn't be happier with my decision and the service. Frank made it painless and easy! I drove the car out of the lot that day! Soooo happy I chose prestige over park ave, I couldn't have gotten a better deal or matched service.

Frank was prompt, pleasant and courteous at all times. He was very knowledgable, but in no way "pushy". He explained the process clearly, and followed through on everything he told us. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and it has never been as easy or pleasant as this. I would definitely return.
Rubin was great. I bought a 335d over the Internet. I am a Canadian importing for myself. Rubin met me downtown Manhattan and ensured that everything was in order. He even waited until I got on the highway in the right direction when I left for my drive home. Great experience. Would do it again.

Very happy with the professional conversation, especially considering that I can be a very strict, straight forward guy.
