This Has been our fourth BMW with Prestige BMW and Lori Asserson is by far the most professional and personable salesperson. Top notch service. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The minute you walk into Prestige BMW, you instantly feel welcome with their trained staff and beautiful showroom, you cant possible walk away without purchassing a car. Its wonderful to be apart of the Prestige BMW family.

This is the 4th car I am buying from Prestige BMW and the 3rd for which I deal with Lori Asserson. Being a natural complainer, I find the Prestige experience almost frustrating as there never is anything to bitch about. All jokes apart, I could not be more satisfied by all and each of my visits to Prestige BMW, whether for service or for buying a new car. My wife and I have had 12 BMW's prior to picking up our 13th (a new 2012 X6) from Prestige and I can state without reservation that both Prestige and our sales person, Lori Asserson, are by far the best dealership and sales person we have worked with for a BMW or for any of the other vehicles we have had. Freddie was prompt, pleasant and courteous at all times. He was very knowledgable, but in no way "pushy". He explained the process clearly, and followed through on everything he told us. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and it has never been as easy or pleasant as this. I would definitely return.

The dealership had a several used, certified pre-owned cars to choose from. Patrick, the salesman was willing to work with my requirements and price constraints. While the process took some time it gave me time to get comfortable with the dealership, the car and the agreement. They also threw in a few free accessories.

I just purchased an x6 from Prestige. I couldn't be happier with the dealership and specifically Lori. I knew the price range and shopped other dealers. Lori was accommodating,available, and fair. The price was the best and she came in with the best rate immediately. There was no typical car haggling nonsense. It was lets get this done mentality. More importantly Lori made me feel important. Each of the three individuals we worked with - Greg and Joe for sales (Greg is still training)and Stacey for finance and various service plans - was knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and attentive. They delivered everything they promised and all that we needed in a timely manner. The sales team, especially Frank Beltre, at Prestige BMW is exceptional. From the moment I called Frank to express interest in purchasing a car to the very last when I drove away with my new car, he was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way he could be. Frank was patient, showed me multiple cars, discussed the pros and cons of those cars, and, in general, was very informative. He truly made my experience at Prestige BMW pleasant and one that I would repeat in the future without hesitation.
