What a great experience!! I have owned 5 previous BMW's in the past but I was really not sure of what model I wanted, Frank Beltre took his time and really listened to me and my needs.He really was amazing in finding the right vehicle and he worked hard with Mr. Morganstien to make sure that the financing and all my needs were met. This is truly a group of gentlemen that I will recommend.
Frank was very friendly and helpful. My father and I were reluctant to come in at first but Frank came out to see us so we decided to check out the cars. The process doing the paperwork was very quick. Shawn helped me find a bank that would actually finance my car, which was difficult because credit isn't good. The whole process was quick and efficient and I am very pleased.
Freddy Benitez provided me with the prefect service from the my 1st visit to Prestige BMW, during production of my X3 with updates, and with introduction of my brand new car when I came to pick it up. I was present when Mark assisted my daughter with her purchase of a new BMW last fall. I knew when I was ready for my next vehicle, I would contact Mark. Not only a good deal on two 2011 BMW's, but Mark went above and beyond any to make sure we were happy with our decision. Everyone at this dealership treated us well, were efficient and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
Lori's great. She's always gone the extra mile for us and the people we've recommended to her. Our friends have spoken very highly of her and been quite satisfied. We just picked up our new 328i convertible and couldn't be happier. We live quite close to another BMW dealership but wouldn't dream of buying it elsewhere.
This was my first purchase with BMW and the service and experience couldn’t have been any better. Lori and Mike were such a pleasure to work with and made this process very memorable and simple. Lori has been exceptionally helpful in all areas and still has been in contact as I have come across a few questions here and there on how the car functions. We leased a BMW X5 from this dealership three years ago and were exceptionally disappointed with the service so much that we swore that we would never come back. Never say never.
