I did not go to Prestige BMW to buy a car. Matter of fact I went there to talk myself out of a BMW and into the Mercedes I had wanted for about a year. The whole experience was a pleasant one and I appreciated Frank's candor with everything. Although he did his job of selling the car, he was upfront and personal which made the experience. I came with a quote from a previous dealership for a similar car and they did the best they could do to come to a common ground where we both were happy.

Very friendly service even though I announced I was looking for the " least expensive thing you had ". Leased a demo at what I thought was a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer and salesperson. When my lease is up in 27 months I would fully expect to be looking for another vehicle at Prestige bmw and with my salesperson Anthony Polisena. I traveled from PA. Saw car on internet good information. Prices seemed more competitive with my expectations and Blue Book than other Dealers. You also worked with me and was patient as I made my decision. If you could have found a way to have me pick it up at a local dealer instead of another trip it would have been good.
