I had been thinking about getting the new 550xi when it came out and went to a couple of different dealerships. At two dealerships It was like a car buyers nightmare. Lori Asserson is a phenomenal sales person. She helped my husband with 2 previous BMW lease deals and helped me with my last car lease. This time, I decided to buy my BMW. Over all from the time i came in through the door until i drove off, the experience was wonderful for me and my wife. Communication, pricing, value and experience was great. My rep, Rich Markus was warm knew how to "connect". Sean from finance was personable and knew a lot. He even caught a mistake. Good job overall.

I just leased my 3rd BMW X5 from Prestige BMW, and this was by far the best experience I have ever received from a dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and when I went to pick up my new car, Lori Asserson (my salesperson) really spent a lot of time with me going over all of the vehicle's features...this was my 3rd X5, and Lori showd me features I never knew existed. Lori and everyone at Prestige were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!
What a difference a few years make! When I first went to this dealer (5 BMW's back), I was met with indifference, a lackadaisical attitude and overall lack of responsiveness. Lori is very professional which is why I only buy my BMW cars at her dealership. She is thorough and honest. I feel confident that she offers a fair price. She is not a "hard sell" type of saleswoman. She knows the product well. The new building is fantastic. Very customer friendly and state of the art. 5 Star rating all around.
