I am a returning customer to Prestige and Lori Asserson as my sales associate, because she is honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When you walk into Prestige and deal with Lori, you never feel as though you are going to be taken advantage of. The facility is welcoming and state of the art. I highly recommend Prestige and especially Lori.
I am a repeat customer (3 cars) of Lorrie and Prestige BMW. When purchasing a luxury item like a BMW, I expect professional service & knowledge and Lorrie never disappoints. I now live in Totowa but still always go back to Prestige (17 miles from me) for service & purchase, since they provide better experience compared to other dealers I have been to.
My lease was up in January 2010. I am having some major and costly exterior house problems that I am trying to deal with financially. Lori helped me get into a new, less expensive car three months prior to the lease termination. She has worked with both my husband and myself for many years as we have been the owners of 9 BMW's. She is knowledgeable, practical and goes above and beyond to achive the best outcome for her customers.
Francisco was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely fair with the price. It was a good experience buying from Prestige. The car came with only one key and he was instrumental in getting us another key. I would highly recommend Francisco to friends.
It was a great sales experience, Frank Beltre stuck with me since I was very indecisive on which car to get. He stood by me always and he was there to answer my questions and concerns. His follow up calls and emails made a big difference in my decision to buying at Prestige. He is truly an asset to the sales team!

My dealings with Tom Kaugh before I reached the dealership were very professional and timely, he never left me waiting for answers. Tom made the sale comfortable. He was very patient when I had an emergency and had to put the sale on hold for a week or so. Shawn was very knowledgable of the vehicle. And Maria was very friendly.

I aproached Amanda less than one year prior to the expiration of my current lease. She created a profile and followed up on a timely basis. When the time was ready she listened to my needs and responded accordingly. The car was delivered just one week in advance of the expiration of my current lease.
