I am pleased to offer my comments and descriptive evaluation of both Prestige BMW and my sales associate, Lori Asserson. My last 3 BMWs have come from Prestige. I saw A 2008 535 BMW car that I liked online, on Sunday evening I left Patrick an email first thing Monday morning got a phone call from Patrick discussing the car told him I would drive from Queens to see the car.Patrick had the car ready to go when I got there, went for A nice long test drive, without an issues of miles or time. We had a wonderful car buying experience at Prestige. Lori Asserson was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have a BMW dealer 2 miles away, but chose to go to Prestige, which is 22 miles away.Maria Sesta, the Boutique specialist, was intstumental in our decision to choose Prestige. I had a wonderful experience with my lease of a new BMW 328ix with the help of Sales Manager Curtis Aldershot and Lori Asserson. Curtis turned me over to to Lori Asserson who made sure that everything was perfect and as promised. I live in Boston and did this all over the phone. I live in NYC and just happened to find the X5 with the right combination at Prestige. On a very bad traffic day that caused us 3 hours to get to NJ, Frank was very nice waiting for us even when we arrived about 20 minutes before the office was supposed to close. Frank was professional with my dealings. He was extremely helpful in showing all the options on my 535xi 2008 bmw. He worked for me in securing my car unlike other sales people who usually work for the dealership. He was intent on making the deal to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him and his dealership to all . He works at the one on Franklin Tpk In Mahwah N.J. His manager Andy also went out of his way to meet me and secure my car for me.
I couldn't be anymore satisfied with my experience at Prestige BMW, pre owned. I live in Dallas, TX and found a car online that I was interested in, a 3 series BMW. We went in to test a 2011 328ix wagon, which are not easily found. We made an appointment with Joe and, after being very pleasantly greeted by the reception staff. met with him very close to the appointed time. Joe was happy to give us a test drive and was very forthcoming about the car. Overall, he was knowledgable and while enthusiastic, never pushy and respected our hesitations.
