I could not be more impressed and happier with my dealings with Prestige BMW - the sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive - and NOT overly sales-y. Curtis, the head of sales and Lori Asserson, my day-to-day sales person - were fantastic. They very competitive on pricing and great with information flow while I awaited my new Alpina B7. I recently got a new car from Prestige; and Ken (aka Mr. K) - with whom I first interacted when I went to see the pre-owned models - persistently kept in touch with me & assured me that if I did business with them, I wont be disappointed. He was right! Typically, guys coming in to see expensive high end preowned cars dont get too much attention but I guess these guys see something that most dealers dont. I am overall extremely satisfied with my experience at Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ. Ken Katz, the sales associate, was extremely professional and courteous. He provided the exact type of car that I wanted and was able to negotiate my trade-in and provided a monthly payment that was acceptable to me. He is a master of his craft and deserves the highest level of recognition. I flew from PA to get the 7 series and Joe picked me up from the airport. Not only did they gave me the best price around, but also they were courteous, professional and on top of everything. All the paper work was ready and the car is flawless. I would do business again.

i could not have asked for a better group of people to sell me a car. Every person i dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. This will not be my last car i purchase from Prestige BMW. I will recommend this dealership and my sale person to anyone interested in a bmw.

I had no intention of buying a new car. Prestige understands the emotional piece of buying a luxury car. The procedure was hassle free and I even picked up my new car during a snow storm and they made it happen for me! I have been also using Prestige to service my other car for years, all Prestige dealerships are the best in NJ.

Excellent experience and professional in every way. I got an excelllent price on our new BMW X5 as well as our trade-in. Our salesman took the time to explain the X5's features during delivery and it took place in an indoor area so we did not have to deal with the weather.

The sales representative provided excellent customer service. From my initial inquiry done online, I received a call back the same day, to my time spent at the dealership picking up the vehicle transaction completed in two days, the process was extremly quick and the sales manager and staff were very welcoming during my visit.

We traveled from New York to northern New Jersey to once again (our 4th BMW) to deal with Lori Asserson. While there are several closer dealerships, we cannot speak higly enough about Lori - she is simply fantastic: professional, caring, intelligent, patient, and understands the product as well as our needs.
