The dealership is state of the art and has knowledgeable, friendly employees who make the usually unpleasant shopping for a car experience a remarkably pleasant one. I can't wait to use the indoor service center although I likely will not have to do so much since the car is perfect!

I found Frank to be most helpful, friendly, attentive and professional in his manner. He made sure that I was taken care of in every way, and personally attended to all details of the transaction. He even came to my home, when I had a minor problem with my vehicle. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a used car from Prestige BMW.

This is my first time deciding to purchase a BMW pre-owned. I was actually looking to purchase another brand and walked in to just check out BMW pre-owned. Freddy Benitez came out immediately and greeted my husband and I. Knowing the car was for myself, Freddy immediately tuned in to that and asked me for my requirements and what I was looking for in a car. He was very helpful and informative about the vehicles. I had a very pleasant experience at Prestige BMW. I had been to several different BMW dealerships in the area, and Prestige gave me the best deal. They worked with me, within the budget I had wanted to stay within. My sales consultant, Rich Marcus, was very accommodating and was always available when I came into the dealership (went in 2-3 times before purchasing). I never felt pressure to buy, I was well informed of all the options within the car, as well as pricing options. I definitely would recommend Prestige BMW.

My whole experience was great!... I plan on doing buisness again with this company, and Francisco Beltre becuase of how well I was treated. Im extremely happy with my purchase and have no regrets. Prestige BMW has top shelf customer service and is a top shelf dealership. I Give Many Thanks to this company....

I felt like I was very well taken care of from the beginning to the moment I brought my car home. They worked efficiently and provided me with the real information necessary for me to know in details. They also took into consideration my opinions and made sure that they were listened to. Frank and his associates at Prestige BMW were very professional, courteous, patient, and helpful. Frank was great to work with - keeping in touch constantly, answering all questions satisfactorily, walking through every step patiently, and making the entire buying experience a breeze. Prestige BMW was highly recommended by a coworker. I drove out from Long Island, NY. It was worth the trip. They had a great price, for the car I wanted. Had it in stock & got it in 2 days. The service was outstanding. From start to finish great experience.
