Frank worked with us to ensure that we received the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle, made us feel welcome and did everything he could to accomodate us. The finance staff, reception staff and all that we came into contact with were professional and courteous. I would recommend Frank to anyone.
Of all the years, buy/leasing cars, this was the best experience. Lori is the best salesperson i have ever worked with. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I recommend this dealership first before you go anywhere else. And be sure to ask for Lori Asserson.

Dave was an extremely friendly salesman who continued to keep in touch with me after the sale to ensure I was enjoying my new car. Before leaving the dealership with my new car, he showed me every detail of the car and answered all my questions. He sold me a great car and I would love to work with him again if I plan to get a new BMW.

We purchased our 12th BMW today, our 9th from Prestige, and our 2nd from Lori Asserson. Buying a car has a reputation of being a "teeth pulling experience." Not when buying from Lori!
