Rich Marcus was very instrumental in helping me chose my new 528I. I was thinking of getting a Lexus, but Rich pointed out that the 2011 528I was a new design and was much different from my 2008 model, which I turned in. He gave me a good deal and I happily picked up my new 528I today Sept.6th. It was great salesmanship. Thanks Rich for your help.

This was the first time I ever bought a car and Anthony made it very easy and explained everything as we went along. He sat with me and helped me determine what kind of car I could afford and took me for a test drive. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me for the entire process. It was a very pleasant experience.

This dealership has a extensive variety of BMW's to select from and in choosing we were able to locate a car that had everything we wanted and was not even driven. I have to rate my sales rep highly because he provided us with the best price across two states and included additional products and items with a little bargaining.
