I am a senior. This is the 6th BMW I purchased. The salesperson David is a young guy. He is very knowledgeable about BMW car. He explained in details of each option to me. European Delivery require additional paper works and procedures. He follow up closely of each step and did it well. I would recommend this dealership and David Kramer to my family and friends. David Kramer and Prestige BMW made an excellent impression on me during my purchase of a pristine 2009 335i with VERY low mileage. David took my interests in trading in two vehicles for my new BMW as his own and continued to work with his management at the dealership to put together a deal that could not be passed by. This is the best BMW dealership in New Jersey, no one can beat their deals. Really go out of their way to keep a customer satisfied. I live 64 miles away from here and they really make it worth my while, can I go to one of the two BMW dealers closes to me? sure I can but they have yet been able to match what BMW Prestige has had to offer me. Thank you Prestige BMW!!

I found this dealership to be a delight to work with. EVERYTHING about my car buying experience was perfect as is my new car. David Kramer was one of the most pleasant, professional young men I have ever dealt with. I've been a high school teacher for 20 years during which I've gotten to know a lot of young men and women. David stands out as a fine example of what someone in American sales should be. He was so polite, personable and is a definite asset to the BMW Company.

First of all, the building itself was brand new with spacious interior and good accommodation. All the employees whom I dealt with, including David who was the salesperson for my new lease contract, were very friendly. Whenever I visit the dealer for services or other businesses, I feel pleased and satisfied for their performance. I highly recommend this dealer to others if they are planning on getting a BMW.

Three years ago I leased a BMW from Lori Asserson. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. During the term I had reason to visit the service department for scheduled service.
