My type of guy, no gimmicks, straight forward, meet the needs of the client. eager to please the customer and answer any questions. the transaaction was smooth I didnot feel rushed to purchase the car. I have been an avid BMW enthusiast for many years and have had quite a few. I never purchased from Prestige in the past due to it being rather far from my home. I was impressed with the honest and friendly service. I had specific needs for the car and Tom ensured they were met. Looked after me from the start to the finish. Tiffany ensured the turn in of my old BMW went smoothly and quickly. Walked away in a great car with a great deal. Would be happy to lease from them again.

I am 60 yrs young and have been buying new cars since I ws 30. This is my first experience with BMWE. I visited a few other dealerships in the area and wasn't sold on how I was greeted. I went to Prestige and met Lori and never lookd back. She is amazing. Without question, the best car dealer that I have ever worked with. All my referrals to BMW seekers will be Prestige and Lore Asseson Best, Steve Mulry

Anthony was very easy to deal with, and made the purchase simple and straightforward. I would purchase again from Prestige, and from Anthony. In contrast to another dealership that I won't mention (but sells VW's in Queens and is called Knxxxxx), Prestige were very straightforward. While the whole car buying experience needs to change, at least Prestige seem to make an effort. The whole "let me talk to a manager" business and "what price would it take tonight" can be done away with.

After searching for a dealer I would be happy with, I have finally found Prestige BMW and Lori Asserson. I cannot see myself dealing with any other dealer or person ever again. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had in my life because of Lori. She took care of everything I would normally get stressed out over. It is not very often that I take the opportunity to stop to take a survey. I would like to express my gratitude to the sales staff and finance department at Prestige. Frank was very friendly, helpful and eager to please. My family and I felt very comfortable during the visit to Prestige. I had anticipated the salespeople to be intimidating given the line of cars sold, but this was not the case at all. Frank called me after I had taken the car home to make sure everything was okay. That was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated!
