BMW claims they build a driving machine. Well, I can attest to the fact they also have a selling machine at Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ. The selling machine is powered by Keith DeYoung and Curtis Aldershof who coordinate the mechanism and Eddie Mayorga and Brian Blum who get the show on the road. We have leased four cars with Lori. She makes the process so quick and easy we would never use anyone else. Her customer service is amazing and she gets us the price we are comfortable with. The entire experience is so positive from the first conversation to when we pick up the car.

This is my second time within a few months visiting Prestige BMW in Ramsey, New Jersey. The first time I purchased a new car, this time I leased a new car. I must say I was greeted promptly by sales staff and management and was led to speak with Lori Assersen about my different options. Our experience at Prestige was positive. We were well taken care of - our sales person, Tom, was friendly, and helpful. Our financial concerns were answered quickly and information was provided promptly by Sean. The process went as quickly as it could on a busy Saturday - my only comment would be to have spent less than 5 hours. I adore my X5!!!

My sales rep, Lori Asserson, is the main reason I returned to Prestige BMW for my second 3 series car. I feel confident that she will put me in the car that is right for me and at the price that my budget can comfortably handle. Her knowledge of the vehicles, financing structures, and friendly ways made me come back to her when my lease was up on my last car. Truthfully, I would not consider buying a car from anyone other than her. I have recommended BMW and Lori to both friends and family members.

The dealership and, in particular, the salesperson were extremely professional and easy to deal with. Drove away with the car on just the 2nd visit. From start to finish, a very smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family.

Overall experience was excellent and open issues were resolved quickly. The Sales rep (David Hong) was very knowledgeable and helped to quickly resolve any issues and get me answers to my questions. David made my purchase experience very enjoyable. The Finance Rep was also helpful and not at all pushy when it was time to discuss extended maintenance plans, etc.
