Hi, I am in a process of also writing a complaint to BMW USA. I figured I write one on your website too. I purchased a BMW at your dealership. My experience was not the best. Initially, I thought, the dealership was good and I was treated well, but now if I think back it was just a typical dealership, nothing to be prestigous about. On my BMW, I was given no discount (Even $1) on a $20,182 car. I eventually did get to buy the car for $19,835 (Thanks to the SW updating the price on the car). BEWARE!!!!!! I was one of those guys who purchased a car in October of 2010 because of supposedly a good promotion. I picked the first three months payment credit. Guess what?!!! A month later I got the bill. Mr Sean Holmes told me before I signed the contract that I might get a bill but should this happen just call him and he will settle the problem. Use this dealer you had better check the financing calc's very carefully. They tried to pull a fast one on Euro delivery pricing - and even when called on it refused to acknowledge their deception... Hence the deal went elsewhere on terms recognized by BMW FS
I found my vehicle online and then contacted the dealership to set a deal in Sept. After I picked up the vehicle I noticed there wasn't a manual. I called the Sales Rep immediately and was told she would have one sent down with my plates being I live more than an hour away. I received the plates and my registration with no manual. dealer tI was looking for a used vehicle on line and saw that your place had exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with the wice, once at around 930am and then again at 11am and was reassured that the vehicle was not sold. I live over 60 miles away from your place. It took me over 1 hour to get there. I waited over 1 hour to get help because the dealer was helping someone else. After they were done with that customer, they told me they sold the car. The disappointment was tremendous. Deceptive Addition of Charges on BMW Fincial Statements. Lack of Honesty on informing you what BMW will extend credit. Prorating of of reimbursement for cancelled insurance with total disregard of the printed policy on the Financial Agreement or Insurance Agreement. Do not answer calls and are always to busy . Can never Reccomend!!!!!!!!!!!1 STAY AWAY!!!!............Beware!!!!
The short of it is that the service department, charged for parts not replaced, work and repairs not made at or or not made completely. After my 323i stalled out I foind out when I went to an independant, that although over the years, I had been changed a few times for replacemnt of the fuel filter, the fuel filter was original to the car! In fact a lot of things they calimed to have done and "repaired" and charged excessively for was never done at all. Charges for parts repairs not made and also makes false claims of reapirs needed, then never does them. This dealer service department are outright thieves, some time after the services they allgedly charged for, I found out they charged for repairs never made and parts not replaced. After stalling out one day on the hightway, I took my 323i to an indie BMW service shop and the indie repair shop promtly infomred me the fuel filter that was to have been replaced.
