If you decide to service your BMW with Prestige, make sure you cross-check your prices against other dealerships. If you insist, you could get an oil change for $99 – if you don’t, you will end up paying $180 (really, for an oil change in an X3?) I dropped my car off at 8:20am and didn't receive my loaner until 9:25am. In addition, they said they ran out of BMW loaners so I'm stuck with a Hyundai for the next few days even though my car is only there because of a recall in the first place and I made my appointment a month ago. The service has definitely gone downhill in the last few years!!!!
This was by far the most disappointing visit I have had while turning in my vehicle for service at any BMW. My previous 335 was serviced at Bloomfield and Princeton and I swore to never go back to them. Sadly, Prestige will also be added to that list. I chose to lease my X1 at Prestige because of your reputation of excellent customer service and staff. While mainly the people are nice and it is a fair process. This Freddy B who is the CPO Sales Manager is about as credible as we a 3 Card Monty guy on the street. Car I got "pressured" into buying was hit front and rear - not disclosed by the dealership Found the rear damage by different dealership who put car on lift and pointed it out to me. This BMW service center used to have wonderful service. They would get you in and out really fast. Something has changed, and not for the better. While it has been about a year since I last went there, I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance in order to be assured a loaner car. After waiting a half hour for the service representative, I waited another half hour to be told there was no BMW loaner and instead was offered a Ford, Nissan or Chevy--none of which I could drive comfortably! I purchased a CPO BMW in Maryland, and it had an issue with wind noise coming in the cabin. The BMW dealership i purchased from told me to take it to any dealership I want near me and they will pick up the cost of the repair. I purchased Pre-owned bmw car in July, 2014, that was big mistake I purchased that car in this Dealer. Highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and aggressive seller actions! Sales representative Rocco contacted me "incessantly" throughout the day and night in an attempt to sell a vehicle. The sale's rep's behavior was both harassing and unacceptable. Although I had been a prior BMW client at another dealership, I was never a recipient of such egregious seller behavior. This is the most rude, disrespectful, and awful dealership I have ever dealt with. They are as fake and fraudulent as they come, tell you what you want to hear and not back it up. Problem after problem and they just make it worse and worse every time they lie. They made my almost 30k purchase of a luxury car worse than buying a $500 Hyundai out of a trailer.
