I have been fighting with this dealer for over twO months now. I was charged for new plates that I did not receive and am now stuck paying interest on the overcharge. I asked about my refund two weeks ago and sent a lengthy email to mike morganstein as well. Todate my salesmen STILL hasnt called me back, and his manager (mike morganstein) ignores me! I was also promised a spare key that I never received and had to shell out almost 200 bucks for a new key. The customer service here is brutal!!! I want my money!
Business response:
Phil, I apologize for the poor experience that you had, it in no way reflects the level of customer service that we work towards at Prestige BMW. It was my pleasure working to resolve this issue with you, and I thank you for being so kind and patient while I got everything settled. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future. -Allie, BDC Manager
Working with Steve was probably the worst experience I have had at a car dealership in my entire life. The negotiating and sales process went pretty well and I really have no complaints there; it was after I purchased the car when things went downhill. It turned out Steve flat out lied to my face multiple times about service that was done to the car as part of the CPO process when it fact it was not. To make a long story short, I was told by Steve that the car had new brake and rotors...3 months after I had the car the brake... read more

Once again I am so sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with one of our past advisors. I am so glad to hear however, that your experience with our Service department was stellar! Please know that the experience you had with that particular sales person does not reflect the level of customer service we expect from our employees. If you need anything in the future please feel free to contact our Sales Director Steve Grossman.
Bought a CPO BMW 650i Convertible. Sales representative, Anthony Polisena, stated it was in perfect condition, so I did a quick lookover and bought it. Later found out car had poorly done touch-ups and the wrong tires (not run-flats). They replaced the tires, but didn't fix the poorly done touchups. The financial adviser, Eddie Mayorga, lied on just about every specific question I asked in the contract process. Later, he denies it, of course. Be sure to ignore him and read the contract line-by-line, including the electronic ... read more
Looked for low mileage 6 series. Dealer had 2007 with 15000 mi, with one owner for $45,000.00. Dealer did not get car registered for about 2 months, one month after temporary registration expired. They stopped taking my calls. Unable to use unregistered car. Refused to compensate for loss but agreed to pay for ticket. Did not credit $500 deposit until many months later when I presented all papers and buttonholed manager in person. Later learned from another dealer that car I was sold was used by BMW Performance Driving Schoo... read more
A few weeks ago I went in to the dealership to purchase a new car. I was working with Rudy. I told him I wanted to trade in my car toward a new BMW. He was very helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. I had a great experience with him. But when it came to my trade in it was very difficult to get a solid price for my car I was trading in, which obviously plays a huge part in the purchase. I understood that it was not my salesman's fault but decided not to purchase the BMW with them just because of this aggravatio... read more

At this point in time I regret purchasing this car and I feel greatly deceived by the BMW name and reputation of great customer service. I am so discussed that if I were able to go back to shopping for a new car, BMW would not even be an option nor would I recommend anyone to do so. I have exhausted all options without having to use legal presiding but I that this will be the only option I have left. I have give BMW enough time to have this problem resolved. This is a Disgrace you should have check over your reputation.

Ruthy, we appreciate you coming in and allowing our Service Manager to look at the vehicle and service the car on the house. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do for you now or in the future.
During the processing of the paper work, the dealership filed the title under a different name then the loan application. Since then they have been less then helpful in rectifying the situation. We have been talking to the sales managers for six months in an attempt to have them re-file the paper work and correct the situation. Currently the car loan is under a different name then the title and registration (that person DID NOT sign any DMV paperwork!!!), my insurance company does not want to insure the vehicle due to the in... read more

Upon entering the dealership I was kindly asked by a woman if I was being helped yet. After stating no, she called over a sales rep. When Mark Lestrange came over he greeted me with very minimal enthusiasm and did not even introduce himself. (I later found out his name from the receptionist so I could post this note). Mark's answers to my questions were very short and answered in a condescending tone. It was almost as if he was trying to make me feel like the questions I had were not relevant with his curt responses. I have ... read more

I saw an ad on cars.com for a BMW X5. The listed price was $33,035. I called the dealer and Steve picked up the phone. I asked about the vehicle and he looked it up and said that they have it listed on their site for $38k. He took my info and said he'll check and get back to me. His words exactly "We don't do business that way menaing list one price somewhere and another elsewhere"...An hour and a half goes by and no answer from Steve so I call again and this time get Patt on the line. I mentioned i had spoken with Steve in ... read more
