Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle with Patrick Watt. Got to the dealer at my scheduled 12:30 time, waited 15 minutes to see Patrick regarding the car, and then another 25 (twenty five!!) minutes for them to find the car keys and pull it around for inspection......Glad my time is not important to this dealership. This dealership provides one thing for your purchase -- regret. Here are a few buyer beware elements: 1) Do not get suckered into StayNu program it is a scam, you will pay your money for no work. 2) They do not give out loaners on Fridays or Saturdays 3) They call and lie about no loaners available prior to long weekends, when you insist on them keeping your prior appoitment schedule and to get you a rental they agree. I bought X5, before money paid everything was nice. after everything was very bad. took me more than two months to get the car and papers due to always some stupid reasons and very non-friendly attention of Mr. Benitez, who put in title the name of truck driver who came to pick up the car. The place is awesome. The first day experience was good and treatment was very good till you buy the vehicle. Sometimes it is posssible they are hiding truth and facts. Once you buy the vehicle, follow up activities were lethargic and complete carelessness. I did not get My license plates and now I am undable to drive the car. I am the owner of a 2010 550GT which are equipped with a defective product. Namely Run Flat tires. I recently hit a small pothole resulting in a blown tire with absolutely no rim damage. I drove the car to the dealer where I purchased the car only to be told that they did not have a replacement and it would take up to two weeks to obtain one. That is unacceptable!! OK, I just want to be clear that my salesperson was very friendly and helpful but what I witnessed of this Mike Morganstein was enough to turn my stomach. I grew up in Mahwah and have always admired Prestige BMW and looked forward to the time that I could walk in there and buy my first BMW. I don't know whether or not to recommend this dealership. I found a nice cpo 2009 328i for a fair price. The car was posted on the official BMW cpo website and eBay. Freddy called very promptly and I was ready to come in to purchase it, but he said the car was not cpo and told me he would call back to confirm. Fast forward 9 hours and a voicemail to his cellphone, still no answer. Not sure what's going on, but I am about to give up and spend my hard earned money else where. I'm utterly annoyed by this dealership. Yes, the showroom is great and beautiful. The wait for a salesperson was lengthy. If you're hoping to be able to wrap up within an hour, don't count on it. The wait alone is going to exceed 30 minutes. However, once you sign the contract, you will be rushed out to the door. They will call your insurance company and modify your insurance in hope to "save you time". urrgghh.... Then I went online to make an appointment. Overall it was a good experience. Staff very friendly and accomodating. The salesman and manager agreed to my price and prepared the car for delivery in a timely manner. I didn't care for waiting over an hour just to pay for my car and receive the necessary paperwork. The dealership needs to staff more help in this area.
