i dealt with Bob Lombardo when buying my car....nice guy.... helpfull..even told me if i had any problems with the car he would even come to my house and pick it up and drive it in himself if he had to........ 6 hrs to get the deal done.....that was a big head ache... when we made a deal on the price it took another 2 hrs just to get into to see the finance manager...once i got in that office, the price agreed upon was 30 dollars more...so that had to be fixed.......all said and done 6 hrs to finally drive out..... They will forget about you once they have your money. I bought a pre-owned car there nearly a month ago. I have not gotten a call regarding my license plates, or some outstanding repairs. Over the past week and a half I have left two messages for the sales associate, one message in their general mailbox, one message with their sales manager, and sent an e-mail to the sales associate and no one has gotten back to me. While they were very friendly when I was buying the car their follow-up has sucked since.

The singular reason I would never buy another BMW again is the abominable service experience. Once I purchased the vehicle from Prestige BMW, I was abandoned with the vehicle. I call customer service, I NEVER get a call back since the 3+ years I have owned the vehicle. Customer service is a misnomer in this case. The last time I went for service with a scheduled appointment, it took about an hour before I left. Charged me 50 dollars to install a light bulb that I bought from them for another $50. I had to wait 2 hours. When I came home there was a scratching sound when steering. Found out that the cap from the light bulb fell off and disrupted the steering. How difficult it is to install a light bulb in a dealership?? Came back to the dealer to fix that and do a recall work. Had to wait 4 (four) hours, of which 1 hour after work was already done, the agent just didn't bother calling me. This happened to me several times there. When... read more

The sales reps were nice, and not too pushy so I can attest to some of the other reviews. What I did find is that the online inventory and even the knowledge of inventory was severely inaccurate. Cars would remain on the site for weeks after being "sold" in some cases prices going down over time. I don't know if it is just to get people into the showroom or it is just poor management of the website. Either way I will be finding it very difficult to purchase a car from this dealer. The deal on my 2010 Audi was so great I had it shipped halfway across the country! But as for my salesman - bad experience! Always to busy to return calls - even after wiring money (couldn't even get a confirmation, just had to assume a large amount of money made it...) still don't have documents, it's sad that the car shipped across the country made it first... Ask for a different salesman - who's not to busy for a car sale....

Edited 3/30: The general manager, Stephen Grossman was quick to give me a call back after reading this review. I appreciated that he called me back so promptly to apologize. But the facts are facts. I cannot get over my bad experience at Prestige. Yes, Chris Lin was very friendly and he gave me a great price. But for whatever reason he couldn't carry out his promise, and I was the one that was left on the losing end. The way sales manager Edward Moore spoke to me was completely unprofessional. Even though I had to wait for over an hour in order to take a test drive (due to no keys), Mr. Polisena was extremely apologetic and used that time to get me further acquainted with the M3 I was to test drive. Though I didn't purchase the vehicle (not due to any failed negotiations), I shall ask for Mr. Polisena when I plan to return in May to purchase a new M3.

I purchased my used vehicle from Prestige BMW on 02/01/2013. I had to go to the service on 02/16/2013 because of a broken side window. My biggest disappointed with the Prestige BMW experience: I've felt like everything was good till you guys sold the car. I've been completely ignored when I needed information/help afterwards.
