Went to the same sales rep. who sold me a BMW 335i X drive with m sports package. Bought the car 8 months ago for $63,000.00. Went to trade in the car to up grade to 550i X drive. He starts to give a song and dance about we have change the tires, 11,000 miles is to much and his manager said the trade in would be less than $45,000 when the car is valued at $51,000. TOOK IN MY 2012 BMW X5 IN TODAY FOR SERVICE. WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED. IT TOOK 20 MINS UNTIL I WAS FINALLY GREETED BY A SERVICE ADVISER (MIKE ESPOSITO). AFTER MEETING ME, IT TOOK HIM ANOTHER 20 MINS TO BEGIN MY PAPERWORK. THEN HE COMES AND TELLS ME HIS BOSS, THE F AND I MANAGER (FRANK NOLAN) SAID THAT MY VEHICLE CANNOT BE REPAIRED. The worst experience ever. Salesman danced around all questions I had. Insulted me with the most ridiculous lies I have ever heard. When i confronted him on his lies he had nothing to say but put his head down. No one wants to do business with someone they do not trust, having said that, car salesmen do not get the best rep but he really takes the cake. I would never buy a car from prestige if it was the last dealership on earth. Disappointing to say the least.
Bought X5D 2012, I did bought and paid for 6 years and 100000 miles coverage. I just came to know I have only maintenance and not the warranty , tire rotation on schedule service not covered. I use to drive Audi A6 before, I move to BMW x5 only reason of all maintenance and warranty covered for 6 yrs. or 100000 miles, now I am finding the "Cheap Sales Tactics". Brought my 2013 535xi in for a problem with the voice command/iDrive system not working properly. Dealership had my car for a week and they did not repair the problem. They stated the car was reprogrammed and a BMW NA rep looked at the iDrive and everything was operating as normal. Car was with the dealer for a week and problem was not repaired and actually got the car back with scratches on the trunk area that were not there when I brought the car in. I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a massive pothole on the way to work this morning resulting in blowing out a run flat tire. Since I purchased tire insurance through BMW when I leased the car, I called the service desk to find out the procedure of getting the tire replaced. the car is not equipped with a spare and cannot be driven. Maria was most helpful by looking up the name of the insurer, the policy number and a phone number so that I could contact them and find alternative places that would honor their policy... read more
It was the worst exeprience of my whole life. Long waiting time - totaling three full days!!!, I ended up with an extremly costly car, I ruined my credit - strictly because of Mr. Morgenstein, and nobody did anything to aleviate this. NO WAY to recommend this dealer!!!

I was very disappointed when I purchased my certified pre-owned BMW for many reasons. One, a section of the driver side leather seat was covered up with a black dye to hide the wear on the leather. Second, there were two very large scratches also covered up on the bottom of the vehicle that I noticed when I washed the car at home. Third, it took me numerous phone calls to Prestige and to BMW of North America to finally get a second key. Purchased the vehicle in June, got my second key fab in October.
