Service has been a strong reason for me to come to this dealership. They are efficent, get you signed up and in a loaner fast. Come a little early, no problem. Fantastic experience, and Alex was a total rock star!!!! Very pleased with the experience!!! I enjoyed the experience so much that I passed 3 closer BMW stores, just to deal with Alex and BMW of Ann Arbor....their reputation and ease of doing business was exceptional.
Dealing with Alex made buying a used car a dream! He was very thorough, patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had promptly. He fully walked me through the entire process and I never felt as though he was rushing me to "close the deal". I have already recommended a friend to your dealership as a result of the outstanding service that Alex provided me.
I have been going to this dealer since I moved to Ann aarbor two years ago. I like the service department very much--especially Kevin. I appreciate his knowledge--always a smile and very professional--the best! The service manager is always very attentive too. I recently purchased a new BMW and my sales person was Leonard martin. I bought a new car and he was so nice-knew all about the cars--kept me informed and did follow up calls. He really cares--very patient in showing me all the new gadgets. excellent salesperson!

What can I say I had fun at a car dealership.....how often does that happen. Stuart made me laugh and want to buy a car. Sometimes I just kill time and visit dealerships to look at the new stuff and even though that's why I was doing and even told Stuart he still paid attention to me. When I am ready I will by from Stuart.
Stuart made my first time car buying experience wonderful. After checking out other dealerships all day, my parents and I ended up at BMW of Ann Arbor toward closing time. I found a Volkswagen Jetta that I liked, but found out it had been sold. Stuart showed me other cars in my price range including cars that had not been put out on the lot yet. Both Stuart and Summer were very easy to work with. Stuart was very willing to stay late to accommodate my schedule. He also seemed genuinely concerned that I choose the right car. I would recommend them both.
