Elis was beyond exceptional. We told him from the start what we wanted and what our budget was and he was able to find us a great deal. John was honest and extremely helpful during every step of the process. I'm in law school and I don't have time to play games. I can't say enough wonderful things about Ellis, the staff at the dealership, the genius team and fhe dealership as a whole. My wife and I visited this dealership looking to test drive a BMW X1. Immediately upon arriving at the lot we were greeted by our sales rep Gary Floyd. Great service from start to finish, was always up to date with my repairs. He was happy to help me with my problem. Also gave me a loner car while i waited for my repairs

Elis is by far the best Client Advisor I have dealt with. This was my first car with my fiancee and we were really nervous about looking for cars. Elis was patient and thoughtful about our concerns and needs. He was also genuine when it came to our options as well. He truly took care of us and I would definitely go back to him the next time I buy a new car.
