Chuck Patire was one of the reasons I went back to JMK. In addition, their service has always been excellent. I've never had a complaint about how I was treated or the quality of the service. The advice I was given when purchasing my second BMW from the dealer was comprehensive and practical. Excellent dealership.

I was in the market for a new BMW and friend recommended I go to JMK and talk to Chuck Patire. This was to be my 1st BMW that I would order right from the factory. Overall I found it to be a very satisfying experience. Chuck was extremely knowledgable and professional throughout the whole process. He always answered all of my questions efficiently and effectively. If you are looking to lease or buy a new BMW I would without a doubt recommend JMK BMW and specifically Chuck as your salesperson.

This is the 5th purchase I have made from JMK, the last 3 or 4 from the same sales person. In each case the sales process very friendly, professional and efficient. No dumb questions such as "how much you want to pay" or lines such as "I can put you in this vehicle today"! JMK's upgraded premises are a big improvement.

I recommend JMK BMW to every person interested in a BMW. Moreover, I recommend Chuck Patire without hesitation. There is no better salesperson to work with than Chuck. He's the most patient person I've ever dealt with -- no pressure sale, doesn't try to push unnecessary options on me, and answers every question honestly. And what's remarkable, I consider him a friend, as well as person I've done business with for over 12 years. JMK has a great reputation, and it is well deserved.

Me and my wife had a very pleasant experience leasing a car at JMK BMW in Springfield. The place was spacious and clean, the people were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Our Sales Advisor, Chuck Patire was a true professional in every aspect. He spent a great deal of time with us, he was honest and his advices regarding many aspects of the lease were simply priceless. I recently purchased an X5 from Suzana Snyder at JMK Auto Sales INC. in Springfield NJ. Suzana was very nice, knowledgeable and professional; she gave me her undivided attention. She worked very hard to make sure I was in the car that I wanted. Suzana is an excellent resource who knows how to offer outstanding customer service.

Service department very helpful. Jacob has always tired to help me in maintaining my BMW 335i in every way possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to any person looking to buy a BMW. I even compared going to get a run-flat tire from a different BMW dealer but they could not beat JMK's price.

I went in for service because I had just got a flat tire traveling down to Atalntic City for the weekend. I just oruchased my vehicle which is why I was extremely upset. I went to see my sales representative and he did not give me the asisstance I needed. I was then introduced to the gentleman mentioned above and he was extremely helpful. I was overall pleased with the service I recieved.

My husband and I just purchased two new cars(an X5 and a 3 series) from Chuck and couldn't be happier with the price, and the great service from Chuck.
