Ed and Chris did an excellent job finding the perfect car for us. Chris was very thorough in reviewing all of the features and has even offered to come to our house and program the garage door opener. I was looking to downsize my 7 series to a 5 series. The BMW Store is a bit of a drive, but had the 5 series with the options I wanted. I took the drive to Cincinnati after a few email exchanges with Julian. Typically, buying a car takes an entire afternoon. But the entire process was smooth. The only delay was waiting for the finance person to free up with another customer. But the wait was not beyond reasonable and gave us time to clean out our old car and move our stuff over. Although I thought I knew what I was looking for when I walked in the door, it became evident within five minutes that I was clueless. Matt showed me multiple vehicles and answered at least a thousand questions. I also kept changing my mind about things to include financing yet never felt pressured by anyone on the team. As painful as it is for me to spend money at any time, Matt and Chico made it a pleasant experience.
