The sales force and service department have always been very helpful and goes above and beyond to help. I came in to the BMW Store to lease a new 3 series. Dean was able to match me up with a vehicle very quickly once we discussed the required options and my pricing constraints. I first came into the store on a Saturday. I had a few followup questions for Dean, and emailed them to him on Sunday, his day off. Dean quickly returned my emails with answers to my questions. Dean made the process very easy for me. I highly recommend asking for Dean Stathes if you head to the BMW Store.
