Before coming to BMW store, I had a 2014 Chevy Sonic, one that I was not very fond of. I came in with the hopes that I might be able to look at getting one, but never really thought it was possible. Thanks to the hard work of Nick Norman, who is an absolute professional, I had the ability to drive off with one. Nick is unlike most, if not all salesmen I have encountered. I recently traded in my 2008 528ix for 2013 328i xdrive. I found the customer service experience to be excellent with each person I dealt with. The Sales (Matt xxx) was extremely helpful and went over and above to answer any questions I had. The Manager, Mark Harless was also very helpful. Completing the transaction with Conor O'Somachan was a pleasure (and quick - which was first for me when buying a car). Love my new 528xi!!! Chuck Wiener was terrific to work with...very knowledgeable and accommodating...took care of my every need and question no matter how small. Dean did a great job in helping order my new 2 series and was helpful along the way letting me know where the car stood in the production and delivery process. He explained all the features of the car when I picked it up and there was no surprises. I would recommend Dean to any of my friends.

Went to the BMW store to buy my first BMW and the experience was amazing! John and all the salesmen were kind and patient and were willing to help out any way they could. Overall, it was probably one of the best car buying experiences that I have had and would not hesitate to recommend my friends and family there. Great job!

Dean made the entire experience very comfortable and stress free. This started from the moment I called to set up time to come in to see the cars. Easy to test drive multiple different cars and everyone completely knowledgeable about the vehicles. The no pressure attitude was refreshing after visiting other luxury car dealerships in area.
