We recently purchased our second preowned BMW X.3 from John Beam at the BMW store. John is wonderful to work with - very knowledgeable and professional but also easy going. The car was in beautiful condition and again the perfect choice for our needs. - both from a practical standpoint and fitting our budget. This dealership's cars are very fairly priced - we even got on the Internet with John together to compare market values on the same car we purchased. I highly recommend John and this dealership.
Great buying experience with John at the BMW store. He kept our purchase within budget and did not try to sell us car we could not afford. John was very knowledgeable with the mechanics of the car and took time to go through all of our concerns and questions, including putting the car up on a lift for us to inspect the underside. We are very please with our experience and our BMW purchase.
The staff at the BMW store were all very professional and accommodating. The sales person we worked with, Dean Stathes, answered all of our questions, but never made us feel pressured, which is a big negative in my book. He helped us order a new car when there was not a car available on the lot that met our needs. The whole process was very easy and our new car arrived about 2 weeks after ordering it. Overall a great experience!
The car purchase process from start to finish was made very easy by this dealership . They showed enthusiasm for our business without being pushy. They explained all the options clearly and gave us time to consider which car to buy with no feeling that there was an end of the month sales deadline. Would definitely recommend this garage and sales team .

My experience with The BMW Store was exactly what it should be like to purchase a new vehicle - honest, exciting, and professional. Mat was very knowledgeable about the car and process of purchasing. I knew what I wanted when I went to the showroom and he never persuaded me in another direction. The Finance Manager, Chico, was really great to work with as well.
