I flew in from Washington DC to buy the Used Cayenne GTS that I'd been following since early March of this year, Nick Norman and Chico Robinson provided excellent customer service and professionalism throughout my entire transaction. I had gone with my mom earlier that morning to help her purchase a new vehicle in another state. My experience buying an X-3 was great. Chris is very knowledgeable and Ed is experienced in finalizing the deal. They were able to accommodate my schedule, my specifications for color/package and get me set up in less than a week. Financing was extremely efficient. I love my 2012 335i blue hard top convertible. John was so helpful and I felt at ease working with him. Chico took away all my nervousness away with his great sense of humor okay he liked my jokes. I recently purchased a used 325xi from The BMW Store and Mr. John Beam. There were a couple of maintence issues that needed attention. John assured me that no car would go out of The BMW Store unless it met customer expectations. Even when buying an older BMW, they treated me like the most important customer in the store.
