Visited the dealership and met with John Beam to discuss vehicle we had researched on BMW store web site. Vehicle was out on courtesy use. John offered to hold the vehicle out from future use and have it detailed for our review. Several days later we made an appointment to come in and see the vehicle. I just leased my 4th BMW X3. Great experience . I worked with Paul for the second time .Paul very knowledgable and made this process very quick and easy. He was great explaining all possible options for my new car . My new X3 exceeded my expectations. The service at the BMW store was superb. I dealt with a young gentleman named Nick and also Chico in finance who far exceeded my expectations as I never once felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. I felt like I was hanging out with another car fanatic like myself which I was during my test drive. Nick and Chico answered any question I had or got an answer for me quickly. Just leased my 4th new BMW from the BMW store. Paul has been my salesman for the last 3 cars and as always it was a stress free process. Paul is very knowledgable and exceedingly easy to work with. I had limited time to get a car, and Paul did a great job of finding me a new vehicle quickly and at a fair price. Conner was great when it came to arranging financing..
