It was fun to iron out the details on my new X3. After doing a little reseach myself, I took a test drive and was very happy with the way the car handled. Ordering a car is confusing, but Paul was very helpful and patient with all the details associated with building a new 2015 vehicle. It was exciting to finally drive the car when it arrived. There is still a learning curve for all the new technology, and I expect to have another training session with Paul, so that I can fully enjoy my new X3.
I recently purchased a 328i from this store. I live in Indianapolis, IN and drove to Cincinnati to buy the car. Why, because they made the process easy and I got a good deal. I used the web to find the car and then worked with Julian Lambert to finalize the deal. The process was extremely smooth, quick and efficient. The experience was excellent and I will in the future and have already recommended the dealership and Julian to others in the office. My fiancee loves the car and will definitely look this direction next time.
Paul's responses to my email communications were amazingly quick, to the point, and thoughtful in contrast to my usual experience with typical business enterprises. Overall the buying experience with Paul was pleasant and exciting.
This is my third pre-owned vehicle that I have purchased from The BMW Store, and again, I am very happy with the overall experience. Julian has found the perfect car for me each time, and the pricing has always been fair. He and the team respect my time, and always go above and beyond to remove any obstacles to getting into my vehicle of choice. I would not shop for another BMW anywhere else!
Chris was great in guiding us through the entire buying and delivery process. Chris helped with advice in designing the car and information to follow the process from production to delivery. What a great experience to watch on the computer as our new car went from production, to delivery on the dock in Germany, to shipment on the freighter, to docking in the US, to delivery to the showroom. Dean Stathes was fantastic help in my car search. It was not easy to find the car I wanted. Dean did a great job of finding exactly what I was looking for and his honesty and friendliness was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dean and the folks at the BMW Store to anyone.
I totally hate buying car cars. With that being said, Julian Lambert at the BMW store made my experience very pleasant in my time of need.
Chris showed excellent service in helping me find he right vehicle for my needs needs. He did what most sales reps don't do - he listened. He acted much more as an advisor than he did as a salesman and the result is me being very happy I found the right vehicle at the right price. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family looking for a new luxury vehicle.
We purchased our 2011 BMW 328 Wagon from Sarah Ahmed at the BMW Store. Easy, pleasant transaction. Not high pressure in the slightest. Fair price. We'll be back.
