My wife and I were looking for a good, reliable BMW 3 series for her. I scheduled an appointment with Nick. When we made it to The BMW Store. Nick had the car we were wanting to see ready to go. Chris Lykins is a very knowledgeable sales person and helped me choose the right model and option configuration. It was even a faster experience than my X1 purchase and the deal was improved, over my experience 2 years ago. I chose the 2015 X3 Diesel and I love the response of the vehicle and the MPG. Chris Lykins' whole approach meant we had an excellent purchasing experience, and he did have to be very patient since it was two years before we were ready to buy the vehicle! He gave us a great day in early 2012 when we visited to test drive the then new F30 3 Series, but it wasn't possible to specify the vehicle we wanted so we waited. I have driven BMW's for ten years and I was looking for a new car. I found one online at the BMW store and Paul Kolleck contacted me. I went to the BMW store and I drove two BMW's with Paul and I bought the one I saw online. My overall experience from the time I walked into the dealership and finally decided to purchase my car was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, Paul was great to work with. This was my first time looking at a BMW. I had never been to the BMW store before. Dean States was friendly, helpful and appropriate with his follow-up. When I decided on a particular car he was just great with the entire process. Essentially the process was easy and the car is GREAT. What's not to like? - I will be back for my next car.

My car buying experience with the BMW Store was all handled via phone as I am not local to the dealership. I must have to say that it was a very seamless process with no issues. Sarah did a wonderful job in promptly providing me with all of the vehicle information I requested and even uploaded a YouTube video of the vehicle for me to review. My vehicle was shipped to my driveway in an enclosed transport trailer, detailed nicely and as I expected.
