My wife and I had a great experience with The BMW Store. We were initally looking for a pre-owned vehicle and worked with Mark Harless but ended up choosing a new vehicle because it better suited our needs so Mark introduced us to Chris Lykins. These two guys were very professional to work with. Chris answered all of our questions (very knowledgeable) and paired us with the vehicle that worked. I would recommend anyone to The BMW Store to see either one of these fellows.
This is our 8th car we either purchased or leased from Rick Koresky at the BMW Store. No more really needs to be said. We enjoyed working, also, with Susan Ward, who was very professional in making sure our car was ready on time, as we had a short lead time, before leaving on a trip with the new car.
Having driven a Lexus SC430 for 12 years, I knew what I enjoyed in a vehicle. Since 1993 I have owned 5 Lexus cars; but since they dropped the SC430, and did not replace it with anything remotely close (the IS350 doesn't count), I had to consider something else. Sarah was great to work with! She was so helpful! The staff was friendly and courteous. All aspects of the transaction was handled very professionally.
It was a very good experience for myself and my family. We were handled very professional and personable manner. This was my daughter's first car, so it was important to us that her questions and needs were addressed completely. This expectation was met.
I was looking for a pre-owned Mini Cooper for my mom and the selection was fantastic! Picked one out and Sara took us for a test drive and was very informative and helpful! The negotiation of the price and financing went smoothly and mom was in now a proud owner of a Mini Cooper!
