I would recommend The BMW Store to all my friends and family. The customer service was wonderful with Chris Lykins when purchasing my car. He keep me informed on everything went out of his way in answering all my questions about the car. He always follows up when I call and e- Mail ASAP. In service I have to say my experience with Tim Gabbard has been great also when I had my 5 series. I feel like a teenager again driving my new 2 series

I dreaded having to buy a new car because I've always disliked the car buying process. But Chris and The BMW Store managed to make the whole experience easy and even fun. The customer service is outstanding and I never felt like I was being pressured. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I purchased a beautiful, used BMW X5 from this dealership. The sales guy, Brandon Mitchell , was terrific! Knowledgeable, no pressure sales, and extremely polite and courteous. I got a great deal on the car and can't say enough great things about Brandon and about this dealership. I highly recommend them both!
