I decided upon the model, color and price, then went to the BMW store and met John Beam. He found a car that met all of my specifications, and I purchased it the next day. I am very happy, and the purchase was a great experience.

I had an existing BMW and the lease was just about up. I worked with Chris and he helped me get out of the old one and have a new one built to my liking and shipped over before my existing lease was up. He was great to work with and made it the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
Our experience could not have been better . Have owned many cars and been through the process of buying a car a lot and Chris was hands down the best! He went above and beyond wherever and whenever possible . Extremely knowledgeable, honest and great personality . Actually made buying a car fun !
Had a good experience at the BMW Store. I gave overall experience a 4 due to weather issues delayed the delivery of my car, but beyond their control. Very friendly service. If in the market for a BMW I would recommend the Store.

I purchased a used BMW 328 touring from The BMW Store. Sarah Ahmed worked with me and did a great job. The car was represented accurately, and I would purchase from the dealer again.
This was my second purchase from the BMW Store and the service was just as impeccable as the first time around. The process is smooth and ultimately the sales and financial staff get you the car you'll fall in love with.
Great and fast experience!! the test drive was very professional and informative. The internet messaging was convienent and easy. The parking could have been better but there was constrution going on.
