We purchased an X5 from Karl Knauz BMW after shopping at several dealers (both BMW and Land Rover). We have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car. Bob Geisheker was a delight. We ordered the car and it was delivered in just two weeks. Amazing!! At the time of pick up, Sam Picchietti was extremely pleasant and thorough in reviewing all the buttons, dials and knobs! I live in MI. I purchased my 2011 CPO X5 diesel remotely. Brock was more than patient and helpful in getting me all the details I needed to make my purchasing decision easy. Upon my arrival to pickup the car, he was helpful in every sense of the way. From picking me up at the train station to making sure i was adequately informed on the purchase process. Great service. Excellent salesman. I picked 2014 x5 and Bob was great help in getting transaction to go smooth and fast (timing is a big deal for me). Will come back when I'm ready for upgrade. Highly recommend this dealership.

From my husband's initial "due-diligence" visit, through several more test drive and "reassurance" visits by me, Judy Powell at Knauz BMW made my car purchase experience easy and smooth. She was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. The whole dealership worked cohesively as a team, each player performing their part to expedite the transaction as well as being thorough. Very positive experience, and I credit Judy Powell as well as Sam Picchietti and Steve Kwasman for making it so.

I walked into Knauz on Saturday just for a quick look and walked out with a car! Judy Powell was a wonderful salesperson, very patient and really listened to what I needed/wanted. And Sam Picchietti truly is a "genius" and made me a little less frightened of all the technology in the new car. Thanks to both for a wonderful experience
