The professionals at Knauz made the experience a real pleasure... Each interaction was efficient and thorough, with no time wasted - yet, we never felt rushed and every question was answered completely. Kudos to Howard, Spencer and Scott for providing a great customer experience.

The personnel are very professional and helpful with questions regarding the vehicles. My experience was pleasant and without pressure. Driving the 535xi is a pleasure.

This is the third car that I have purchased at the Karl Knauz dealership. This is the first time dealing with Bob Geisheker, and he did a fine job in helping me acquire the car I was looking for. He has good follow up and was a pleasure to work with in the transaction. He has also shown a real concern for my post closing happiness with the vehicle. In short, my entire experience has been EXCELLENT!

Bought my first Bimmer in 1974 from Knauz ( 2002tii) They were far more competitive than the other north shore dealers and treated me like family. I bought my 228xi convertible yesterday and couldn't be happier!

Update on my other review - this weekend the wife and I went back to Knauz to look for a new car for me. Started with X1 / X3 before finally seeing a loaner 328xdrive. Judy was great (again) and I can't recommend her more. The whole process was friendly (not adversarial) and exemplified a great process. Thanks again for everything and we will definitely be back.

Just picked up my 2 BMW X5 in the past few months, I would think that should speak for itself. Great vehicle to say the least. Had the pleasure of working with George Greve on both purchases. Can't say enough about his service!! Would highly recommend George and Knauz BMW to anyone in the market for a vehicle, it really was a pleasurable and painless process!!!! I really do appreciate it and I do say "Thank You"!!!!!
