This is the best car-buying experience I have ever had!!!! Judy was great!!!! No pressure, super painless, most enjoyable!!!! I DREAD car-buying, but after my experience with Judy, I feel great! Phenomenal dealership, treated well by everyone there and everything was appropriate for a luxury brand. Judy Powell is the best car sales rep I have ever dealt with and if all were like her buying a car would be an enjoyable experience (which it typically isn't). Other dealerships we went to (virtually all luxury brands available) paled in comparison. Besides liking the car, Judy and the dealership were major factors in our buying decision.
I have been customer of Knauz BMW for the past 12 years. The service team, as well as the sales managers, always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Judy Powell was helping me with my recent purchase (2013, 328x). She was very helpful to me in sorting out the options and available vehicles as well as really studying my trade in to get the most value. Just bought our second car from Judy- a 2013 328 ix! As I stated in my previous note, I was going to wait until spring, but there were too many offers I could not walk away from. Soon after arriving at the showroom I was met by Judy, who answered my questions and showed me the vehicle I was interested in - with no pressure.
