Judy is a great sales person. She is very knowledgable and helpful, she treated me with dignity and respect when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I purchaased my first car through her and now the second vehicle.
This was our first time at Knauz. After my wife's Cayenne was totaled, we went looking for a replacement. She HATES shopping for cars. When we walked in, Judy Powell greeted us and quickly established a rapport. She actually made the experience enjoyable for my wife. She listened, and within a few minutes my wife was contemplating which Ultimate Driving Machine was going to replace her departed Porsche. Fawda was wonderful to work with from start to finish! She was able to answer all of our questions and met all of our needs. We started the process over the phone and finished when we got there which was immensely helpful as we had 2 toddlers with us. We will definitely work with Fadwa again in the future - she made the whole process a pleasure!
Buying a car from Judy was a great experience. Everything went according to plan and was very easy. I had contacted a few different dealers and Judy worked the hardest to give me the best price. Fadwa bent over backwards to make my car absolutely perfect for me, starting with helping me decide upon the perfect options for my needs and lifestyle as well as colors for my tastes. It was a little difficult for me to choose a custom color that wasn’t my usual silver or white. As I had to decide on a new vehicle in short time and that too I am from small central Illinois city, I had really tough time finding my car with all the preferred packages. I originally went to International Autos in West Allis, WI. to look at a new 535. I found the salesperson I spoke with to be dismissive and condescending. Almost like I was disturbing him to ask questions about the vehicle or that he had determined I was not worthy of his time. A bit frustrated I left and proceeded to Knauz. Judy Powell and the staff at Knauz were most helpful in all aspects of the sales process. Judy is wonderful and patient, she spent nearly five hours from start to finish with me. She even offered to spend more time over the weekend going over all of the cars' features.
