As a young car buyer, I had a variety of dealer experiences. At Knauz BMW, Fadwa was eager to help me get the deal I was looking for. She didn't assume I was too young to be serious about buying a car and she didn't think I was too young to know how to buy a car. She was very interested in getting to a price I was willing to pay and did not force anything on me. I am very happy with the car I purchased and I would definitely buy another car from her and recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW.

My husband and I had a painless and pleasant experience working with Fadwa Charnitski. Her years of experience were obvious, and her very easy to work with personality was sincerely professional. She was ready to do whatever it took to accommodate us. I believe she is a woman who knows her business, and though it's definitely her goal to sell you a vehicle, we never felt misguided or taken advantage of. The best scenarios are when everybody involved leaves satisfied. Love the car!

Judy Powell was outstanding in every way. She was supurb at understanding my needs, listening for the most important criteria in my decsioning process and incredibly patient. She was very helpful in locating the right car for me and then working internally with her managment team to structure a deal that was both beneficial to me and Knauz. The dealership is also outstanding. I've purchased six cars from them and recommend them to everyone looking for a new car. They are all incredibly professional and client focused.

Dan Wright was the best sales person we have ever had or seen. He is a very gregarious individual, who approached us on the first day when my son and I arrived. We had a very satisfying experience and Dan was very patient with us all the way! John was very pleasant and very quick in his work! He is also a great person! Dan was very through in his work and I look forward to seeing him again, if needed! There needs to be more people like these fine gentlemen. He is the best!

Judy Powell, we can not say enough about the positive experience we had in purchasing a 3 series coupe BMW from Judy Powell. When we arrived at the dealership we got good service from multiple employees. We got a chance to test drive the BMW X5 diesel and regular 6 cylinder gas engine. Take a look at all of the features of the car. at some dealerships, it is not allowed for driver under the age of 18 to test drive a car but at Karl Knauz BMW it is, which was the only place i could drive the car. Judy Powell was terrific! She was very will informed. Listened to what are needs were. She went with us on our test drives of two different models. She was able to answer all our questions. In the end we took her advise on the value buy for long term ownership. This is the third BMW we have purchased. As long as we have service of this caliber we will remain customers of Judy's and Knauz. We would absolutely recommend Judy Powell to friends who were contemplating a BMW purchase.
