Very efficient. Bob is very low key. Understood my needs and parameters. Sure, he wanted to make a sale (don't we all), but that never got in the way of a very friendly, fair negotiation. All car purchases should go like this. Very satisfied. Sam's tutorial in the exit process was great. Spencer, another "Genius" was likewise very helpful during the test drive. Could not be happier with my purchase, Rolly Davidson and Knauz BMW. I asked for quotes off of the BMW site and Rolly contacted me with what he said was the best price. From ordering my 2016 750 to efficiency of communication to timeliness of delivery and professionalism of all with whom I worked (Phil Ceraulo and Rolly Davidson and even including Sam @ The Genius Station)- I would rate the experience as really outstanding. This is my 10th BMW ordered from Knauz over the years and they never disappoint. I particularly commend Phil and Rolly.

We just purchased our new 2016 BMW X5 from Bob Geisheker at Knauz. He was the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever worked with. More importantly, his focus on the customer is outstanding. He gets it! The finance portion of the sale with Scott was smooth and professional. The Genius tour by Luke was incredibly helpful and professional as well.
