Very efficient. Bob is very low key. Understood my needs and parameters. Sure, he wanted to make a sale (don't we all), but that never got in the way of a very friendly, fair negotiation. All car purchases should go like this. Very satisfied. Sam's tutorial in the exit process was great. Spencer, another "Genius" was likewise very helpful during the test drive. Could not be happier with my purchase, Rolly Davidson and Knauz BMW. I asked for quotes off of the BMW site and Rolly contacted me with what he said was the best price.
