Picked up my 2016 M3 back in November and enjoying every second of ownership. Ordering the car was very straight forward and haggle free. Matt Pudlo did a great job getting me a deal that was appealing to me. After I ordered, Matt kept me up to date with the car's progress all the way up to the delivery. Never have I had this kind of treatment with any other dealership. This is my second new BMW and by far the experience at Knauz BMW was outstanding. I would recommend anyone to buy their new BMW from Knauz.

I purchased a 2015 BMW X5 on 1/30/16. My client adviser was Tisha Akulich. He was awesome! Tisha was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. He met me at the door, set up a test drive, answered all my questions, arranged an appraisal of my trade, setup a review of the vehicle features with Spencer Parker and made sure the car was ready to go when the financial paperwork was done. We just bought a certified pre-owned car from Bob and he was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and had a great demeanor. We were able to make a no pressure decision with Bob. Spencer was the genius that we worked with and he was excellent as well. We had an overall great experience buying a car from them. We have also used the service team for years and they are fantastic to work with as well.

I recently picked up a 2016 428i Gran Coupe and love it. I had a fantastic experience working with Matt Pudlo, my sales advisor who was extremely knowledgable and passionate about BMW's, and with Sam, the BMW Genius, who supported me before and after the decision. Despite the construction work the whole Knauz BMW team provided a top notch experience!! My 4th BMW from Knauz.

Marek Gryc and the folks and Knauz were great to work with in purchasing my new car. I never felt pressured to meet their timeline - we worked instead on my timeline all along the way. Overall great experience.
