Our sales rep was Bob Geisheker, very nice and knowledgeable. He make sure we felt very comfortable with the car. He encouraged us to test drive it as much as we needed to make our decision. He always had a smile on his face when we came into the dealership, and showed great patience. Donna and Jim

The big fear in buying a car? Getting ripped off of course! Not this time- Howard Kraus was so honest and helpful. As an industry veteran he knows other cars, maintenance packages, and resale values and provided sound advice all the way around. Exceptional support by Scott Adduci on the finance side and Luke the technology genius! I highly recommend them all!

This is the third BMW X5 and the fourth BMW we have owned. The X5 is an excellent car, and the Sales and Service functions at KNAUZ are outstanding. Dave Benck is one of the best salespersons we have worked with in any business; and he is one of the primary reasons we keep going back to Knauz. Jeremy Znidersic in Service is also outstanding. My wife and I went shopping for the new 2016 BMW X1 last Saturday. We worked with Bob Geisheker and laid out our parameters for the new car purchase and turn-in of a 2014 Acura RDX that was under lease. Bob came back with the right price on the X1 and just enough on the lease so that it made the transaction feasible....no hassles, straightforward negotiation. I will be back when I'm ready to trade in my Porsche for a new SUV.

We had a great buying experience at Knauz; Our salesperson George was wonderful. No high pressure sales pitch, and he gave us a great price on our X5. Everyone at Knauz was friendly and courteous and they made you feel appreciated.

I have never cared about cars. I have never said I loved a car. UNTIL NOW THAT IS!! The whole experience was pleasant and no pressure. Bob Geisheker was fantastic! Even my genius appointment with Sam Picchietti was well worth the time and enjoyable! I can really say I love this car (X1) and look forward to driving it. We had shopped other BMW dealers prior to arriving at Knauz. When we arrived at Karl Knauz BMW we were greeted by Brock Gordon in a very professional and respectful manner.
