Rolly helped us from start to finish in our first BMW purchase and he was terrific. An immaculate professional, he put us at ease and patiently answered all of our questions. We have a lot of respect for his honest demeanor. Buying a car and making sure that you're getting a good deal can be somewhat stressful -- Rolly offered us the best prices and with him you know you're in good hands. It is not possible to overvalue the importance of courtesy and professionalism in a business transaction. Eva and I experienced both in abundance during our recent acquisition of two new BMW vehicles. After reading numerous negative reviews about the BMW dealers in Milwaukee, the positive reviews written about Knauz BMW led my wife and I to trek the hour south from Milwaukee and take a look for ourselves. Bob Geisheker was the best. I drove 5 cars to make a choice on a cold, rainy day. Bob was patient and intuitive while helping me make a choice. Luke's moniker of "genius "is on point considering of my 4 x3 whiles, I now KNOW what all the buttons and knobs do. Love my new X3!
