I was searching for my first BMW online a few days ago. Based on Knauz's 5 star rating, I decided to give it a try. Among those reviews, "Judy Powell" is highly recommended. I went to Knauz yesterday looking for Judy to help me find my dream car. I drove the car home today. Judy's professionalism and friendliness made the whole process go easily and smoothly. Scott from the finance department and Sam are very helpful, too. Knauz is the best !

My experience at Knauz BMW was amazing George Greve & Bob Geisheker were both extremely courteous and professional! There was no pressure to rush into anything! My wife and I were very pleased with the entire experience! We look forward to doing more business with this dealership in the future. The Genius Sam Picchietti was also very knowledgeable and informative about the features of the vehicle we chose.

I took my new BMW home today and was extremely satisfied with my experience at Knauz. First off, I got a call from George this morning responding to an online inquiry I made last night. He was more than helpful and friendly so I drove over an hour, passing other BMW dealers on the way to see the car. Sold. Next was finance. Hi. I used Knauz BMW service to serve both my bmw x3 and x6. My service representative had been Mr.Jeremy Zndersic. I had been a bmw customer for years and in different states, and had always served my bmws in the dealership under the wonderful warranty that the brand offers. Having said that, I had been serving my bmws here in Illinois in Knauz. Purchased an X3 for my wife as a surprise! George and Howard made sure that I was taken care of the minute i walked through the front doors. No hassle, paperwork was painless and they even went out of their way to give me a Red bow in order for me to present it to my wife. The entire dealership was very professional and well experienced in making sure the customer is always smiling! I've purchased cars before, yet this is, by far the best experience.

Bob Geisheker, our sales consultant, was great. He scheduled the delivery and everything was on time. Luke Wojitas (genius) was excellent in explaining the basics of the vehicle. And of course, the X5 is wonderful. Potential buyers ought to strongly consider Knauz.
