Fast smooth service on my x5 M. Cesar Saucedo is always an excellent guy there, he is fast and efficient:) Been going here for the past two years and never a problem.

I have multiple BMW vehicles and I religiously take them to Knauz BMW JUST BECAUSE of Jeremy Znidersic. He has gone over and above time and time again. I cannot say enough good things about his ability to be knowledgeable about my vehicle, truthful and fair in the quotes I am given, and thorough with follow up. I would recommend anyone to come in and deal with Jeremy and I would be thrilled if a guy like him would date my daughter.

I can't say enough about the personal service I recieve from Knauz ie Jeremy Znidersic. In the past I have purchased cars from Firlds and Motor Works. Notice in the past!! Ever since I've walked into Knauz I never looked back. Jeremy is the ultimate professional. He acknowledges the pronlem, acts on it and assures you everything will be taken care of. I know in in great hands when Jeremy Z. takes care of my BMW's.

Looked for ever on craigslist, car trader and all the others, wanted to buy privately. Dreaded going to a dealership. A huge "thanks" to Rolly Davidson for finding the perfect new 4-series for me. This is the fourth car I've either purchased or leased from Knauz and as always, the experience I had working with both the Sales and Service departments has been (and continues to be!) extraordinary. Amazing experience start to finish to lease a new car from Knauz BMW. Judy went out of her way to find me the exact car I was looking for and also found a Courtesy car which saved me some money too. I really enjoyed how they took time to show me all the features and demo all the electronics before I drove home. Overall very happy and I would recommend.
